I chose podiatry as a specialty because I saw the chance to actually fix something that was broken, and offer a definitive approach to treating patient’s conditions. I wanted to put the broken pieces back together, so to say. I’m sure that all those hours following my dad, a master mechanic, inspired me to use skills I inherited from him on the challenges presented by the mechanisms of the foot and ankle.

Over the years, I dedicated myself to learning all that I could about the field of podiatry, especially surgery. Today, I am one of the few Austin foot - podiatrists in our area board-certified in the surgical specialty of reconstructing of the entire foot and ankle.   I am dual board certified by the American Board of Podiatry in Foot Surgery and in Rear foot and Ankle surgery.
